Rather large potholes in front of the apartment building I live in.

New Trees
New trees the apartment complex I live in planted.
They increased our rent and started doing little things like this.
Too bad they have yet to fix the rather large potholes in front of our building.
At least they fixed up the aging roof, too bad they seem to have hired the cheapest/laziest people the could find.
